NFL legend Aaron Rodgers has had to deal with many controversies this season. He has not been performing very well this season and this has increased speculations that he might be retiring soon due to his age and injuries. But Aaron is extremely committed to the NFL as one might remember when Aaron appeared on “The Pat McAfee Show” to reveal he actually gave up on a few food items to retain his physical strength back in the 2021 NFL season.
Aaron Rodgers Stopped Consuming Dairy And Milk In 2021
Aaron spoke about how when he stopped consuming gluten and dairy, it actually changed his body. His skin was better and he did not feel bloated throughout. He said, “Cutting gluten, and probably most importantly for me and my own blood type, dairy, out of my diet has really made a difference in my body. It’s just changed the way my joints respond.”
While Aaron has been always considered as a legend, things look very different for him in the 2024 season of the NFL. He has had a disastrous performance and this has led to experts believing he might announce his retirement soon. He is currently 41 years old and the speculation about his retirement might just be true.
But it was not just speculations around his retirement and jabs at his poor performance that he had to deal with this season. Netflix made a documentary on Aaron called “Enigma” and here he has addressed his estrangement from his family as well as how the media has completely invaded his privacy in the last couple of years, which led to the end of many relationships for him.
Aaron Rodgers’ Year Was Full Of Controversies
His estrangement began when his younger brother appeared on the reality show The Bachelor and spoke about how he always felt small when compared to Aaron. The Bachelor then hosted a dinner for the brothers but Aaron never showed up. Aaron has now addressed these stories and has blamed his family for being a part of a show that was full of lies and spoiled his reputation. As per him, he was never even invited on the show.
Aaron also spoke about his high profile relationships and how many of his relationships ended due to the media attention it received. He also spoke about how he does not like the spotlight on himself and the women he dates.
While it is not clear when Aaron will retire, one thing is for sure that Aaron is fully committed to his team and the NFL even though he has had a poor run this season. His commitment to change his diet back in 2021 speaks about how much he wants to improve his performance.
