Chennai: Delay in milk distribution from Madhavaram Dairy on June 7th has been attributed to late arrival of
contract workers, according to a statement from the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (TNCMPF), which manufactures and sells Aavin milk. As a result, vehicles distributing milk to wholesale sellers left the dairy late.
Aavin informed wholesale sellers and distribution vehicles were closely monitored. It helped to ensure that all retail sellers received their milk supply without significant disruption, said TNCMPF.
