Jaipur: On the first day of Shudh Aahaar Milawat Par Waar (SAMPW), the health department’s food safety officers conducted inspections in Jaipur and other distrists of the state.
In Jaipur, an inspection was conducted at Best Dairy Lankapuri, Shastri Nagar, from where samples of paneer, milk and ghee were taken and 230kg of paneer was destroyed suspected it to be contaminated and a notice was issued for maintaining cleanliness.A complaint was lodged at the Metropolitan Magistrate Jaipur against alleged adulterated food items and paneer seller, Rajasthan Dairy at Benad Road and Milk Fan Ice Cream, Ganga Pol, Jaipur. tnn
