
Arrabawn’s board unveiled its March milk price alongside the introduction of a supplier input support program for last month’s milk supply, marking a proactive approach to support its suppliers.
In comparison, Dairygold announced a price of 40.0c/L for March, inclusive of sustainability and quality bonuses, VAT, and a 2.0c/L weather/fodder relief payment. Additionally, Dairygold will pay the March Early Calving Bonus of 1.0c/L on qualifying milk volumes, further enhancing the attainable milk price to 43.0c/L, including VAT and bonuses.
Kerry Group set its March price at 41.0c/L, inclusive of VAT, with a base price of 39c/L and a milk contract payment of 2c/L on qualifying volumes, while Lakeland Dairies announced a base price of 41.9c/L for March milk in the Republic of Ireland (ROI). This includes a Sustainability Incentive Payment of 0.5c/L, along with a separate 1c/L Input Support Payment, resulting in an all-in base price of 42.9c/L for ROI suppliers.
