The ad shows a group of women happily chatting in Hindi, when a new neighbour, a woman from Chennai joins them. With limited knowledge in Hindi, she finds it difficult to keep up with the conversation and seemed to feel uneasy and awkward. However, one woman notices her discomfort and switches to English in her own way to make her feel included. The new neighbour starts feeling at ease as the conversation goes on.
The ad attempted to show that little kindness is all it takes to bridge gaps- and language need not be barrier to connection.
